Initial Advocacy Consultation

 

FREE

An initial consultation is required for every client. It includes one hour of:

  • a review of your child’s educational history

  • a discussion of your current concerns regarding your child’s education

  • a discussion of potential areas you may need support in and any services you may require after the consultation

Special Education Advocacy

 

Advocacy services can include:

  • individualized parent coaching

  • interpreting evaluation scores

  • accompanying you to school meetings

  • observing your child in school and in the home

  • assisting in drafting measurable IEP goals and objectives

  • assisting in dispute resolution

  • assistance with written correspondence to schools

  • guidance on understanding and organizing your child’s educational records

  • providing referrals when necessary

PRO BONO ADVOCACY:

I offer a free consultation and 2 hours of Pro Bono Advocacy per month to one family in financial hardship.
